eEagle VPN – Effective Date: June 15th, 2024

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the eEagle VPN mobile application (the “App”) developed by eEagle VPN Limited, a company registered in Alberta, Canada (the “Company”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the App.

You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the App for any purpose that is prohibited by law or regulation, or that infringes on the rights of others.

Here are some specific prohibitions:

  • Illegal Activity: You may not use the App to engage in any illegal activity, including but not limited to copyright infringement, hacking, or distribution of illegal content.
  • Harm to Others: You may not use the App to harm or exploit others, including but not limited to spreading malware or launching denial-of-service attacks.
  • Interference: You may not interfere with the operation of the App or the servers of the Company.
  • Third-Party Content: You may not use the App to access or distribute content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

You may be required to create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

The Company collects and uses data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available within the App and on the Company’s website. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy carefully.

The App is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

The Company will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

6. Termination

The Company may terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.

8. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to the use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be effective upon posting on the App or the Company’s website.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Compliance with App Store Guidelines

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Google Play Store or Apple App Store Terms of Service, in your use of the App.
